fantastic stay!
helpful staff overall cleanliness easy access
the staff really shined , especially when i needed help with directions. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. i also appreciated the easy access to public transportation , made getting around simple.
the bathroom was a bit small for my taste, though it was perfectly functional.

tiny room dirty ground
the location was acceptable i suppose, not far from transport.
The room size was a joke, i swear it was tiny. it didnt have any facilities, so dont expect anything extra. plus, it wasnt clean. I saw hairs on the ground when i arrived. i found the room very uncomfortable. I had hoped it was different.

Quiet Hotel Near River
quiet location early check-in clean room
The hotel was nice and quiet. Its location near the river and the tram stop was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed early check-in, a very useful service. Also the staff looked after my luggage after I checked out. I found the room comfortable and clean.
The room was small, especially the toilet. The room facilities are relatively old. It needs an update.

The Double or Twin Room had a television and a mini fridge. The temperature control worked well, and the room was quiet. The bathroom included basic toiletries like soap and shampoo and fresh, clean towels. This service was very helpful. Maid service came daily.
